Selfridges teamed up with LOANHOOD to host swap shops across London, Manchester, and Birmingham. This partnership, which I initiated, marked the first time customers could visit Selfridges without their bank cards and leave with something ‘new to you.’

The London swap shop featured Thursday Lates – a series of evening events that included swap shop slots, workshops with an Upcycler in Residence, shopping, drinks, and a DJ. All proceeds from these events were donated to Oxfam.
